We have designed this program for smaller companies with less than 20 employees only. This is a DIY program where all the course content is provided as pre-recorded videos with live helpdesk & implementation support.
This program required that you should be able to spend atleast 3-4 hours per week for implementation. We provide helpdesk support for 6 months for any problems. We also conduct implementation/review classes 2 times in a month. Kindly watch the above video to understand the course content in detail.

HELPDESK SUPPORT & REVIEW SESSIONS. You can log your support ticket and our expert will connect with you to resolve any problem you face. We will also be holding live review sessions 2-3 times per month to review various topics and answer questions.
IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT You can book 1-2-1 implementation sessions with the Tech Experts on Zoom and they will assist you in the implementation of the frameworks, but please note they will not train you in the session. You will have to come prepared with your queries and processes after watching the Videos.
Do I need any technical skills to come for this course?
You need to know basics of Microsoft Excel or have someone in your team who does.
How much time it will take/ duration of the course ?
Basic systems will be up and running in 2-3 months (approx). We will provide support for 6 months which is more than sufficient .
How much of my time is required ?
You will need to devote 3-4 hours per week for 2-3 months.
Should I do this workshop alone or with an assistant? Who all can attend ?
This is an online program so you can share it with anyone within your team.
Will you provide any notes\reference materials?
We provide the complete course content online with the presentations, templates and videos. You can refer the same at any time within 6 Months of Validity of the Program
What if I face any problem in implementing what I have learnt?
We have a dedicated helpdesk who will resolve all queries and doubts from you or your team or you can take up in the Implementation sessions with the SPOC
MBT is our advanced program meant for bigger companies (more than 20 employees & diverse processes).
It is designed for implementation by team rather than by entrepreneur. It requires that you have a dedicated MIS Executive, HR department, Finance Department etc.
It contains more complex automations that may not be suitable for smaller companies and require more time for implementation.
It is also many times more costly as it contains more than 50 live sessions and requires a dedicated Tech Expert.
If you are a small company just starting your journey for Business Automation than we recommend to start with MBT.
You can upgrade to MBT at any time in the future by just paying the difference in the course fee applicable.
